This compact training course therefore focuses on the direction (questions and customer orientation) and processing (Structured Analytic Techniques) phases to ensure that the collected data is analyzed in a targeted, structured manner and in the right context. This way, you will learn to develop precise questions and to process the information obtained in a targeted and effective manner to support well-founded decisions.
