Was ist Intelligence und wozu dient es? Die moderne Welt wird von einer Welle ständiger Veränderungen und Informationen überflutet, und Organisationen stehen
We are the first German company to specialize in the professionalization of the analysis and decision-making process. We are thus pioneers in the qualification of analysis and decision-making personnel using structured analysis and decision-making techniques. We follow the approach that analysis provides information superiority. Information superiority and structured decisions are then the basis of decision superiority; this results in effect superiority.

Corporate Security Intelligence Training - Travel security (CSIT-III)
The world is becoming more and more confusing. Nevertheless, employees and company managers still have to travel. In this context, companies are responsible for the security of their staff. In order to fulfill this responsibility, a thorough analysis of possible risks is essential. In particular, if corporate security then derives measures that require the expenditure of financial resources, it must be possible to explain transparently and comprehensibly on what basis these recommendations have been made. In this unique training course, various established approaches from the fields of intelligence and risk management are merged and taught in a practice-oriented manner. This makes analysis processes transparent, effective and efficient. This practical training focuses on teaching Structured Analytic Techniques (SATs) within a risk management framework. This means that practical skills are taught that can be implemented directly in real work situations. Foresight Analysis Training
"The future is plural." It would be dishonest to claim that we can predict the one and only future. However, because decisions made by decision-makers relate exclusively to the future, it makes sense to reduce the degree of uncertainty about the future as much as possible. In this workshop, the practical application of Structured Analytic Techniques (SATs) for the generation of drivers, scenarios and indicators will be taught using a topic relevant to your organization. The development of scenarios enables decision-makers to deal with possible pathways of development. This not only reduces the element of surprise in these developments, but also enables procedures and strategies to be derived. These can be aimed at accelerating, slowing down or preventing the materialization of a particular scenario. In this way, your department can provide valuable insights for the management level. If scenarios are then combined with indicators, it is possible to track the direction in which the present is developing. This makes it possible to adapt procedures and strategies. Companies and public institutions have one thing in common: they want to be successful in what they do. Higher profits, safer streets or prevented attacks - success can be defined very differently from institution to institution. No matter how you define success, it usually depends on two factors. Factor one is your own actions and factor two is the actions of other actors. It doesn't matter whether other actors are competitors in the marketplace, organized crime, or adversaries in military conflicts.
To be successful, it is necessary to have a faster or better impact than competitors or enemies. It does not matter whether the effect is in the information space, through an earlier product launch or a stronger presence in a particular place. However, in order to establish superiority in terms of impact, I first have to make better decisions than my antagonists. The prerequisites for this are structured and low-bias decisions and an adequate information base. This includes information about one's own institution and, of course, information about other relevant actors. The goal is thus to ensure information superiority as a prerequisite for decision superiority. In order to approach the goal of information superiority, companies employ analysts in various fields of activity. These analysts have to meet a wide range of requirements in order to fulfill their missionof insuring information superiority.“ erfüllen zu können.
Creativity, critical thinking and the ability to create truly relevant products are examples of the requirements that must be met by analysts. In order to meet these requirements, your experts need a sound education and training.
On your way to making the most of your analysts and their supervisors, we support you with targeted training, practical workshops and personal guidance. Together, we can lay the foundation for good decisions and thus create the conditions for your success.
Together with Björn Lingner the first commercial for appropriate training of analytical personnel has been created. We are very pleased with the result. The core message of the commercial is that, in addition to technical capabilities in the area of collection and IT systems, companies and public institutions should also and especially invest in their personnel if they want to obtain truly relevant results in the end.

What is the purpose of an Analysis of Competing Hypotheses? Recently, I taught cybersecurity experts how to use Structured Analytic Techniques (SATs).
One year ago, I entered a world that was all at once: strangely familiar and quite foreign to me – the world
Vor einem Jahr betrat ich eine Welt, die mir gleichzeitig seltsam vertraut und ziemlich fremd war: Die Welt der Cybersicherheit. Vertraut war
