Foresight Intensive Training

In this training, the practical application of Structured Analytic Techniques (SATs) for generating drivers, scenarios and indicators is taught using a topic relevant to your organization.
The development of scenarios enables decision-makers to deal with possible pathways of development. This not only reduces the element of surprise in these developments, but also enables procedures and strategies to be derived. These can be aimed at accelerating, slowing down or preventing the materialization of a particular scenario. In this way, your department can provide valuable insights for the management level.
